12:00 Individual Time trial over 1 lap of the cyclo cross course.
13:30 Racing – Categories Under 8, 10, 12, 14 & Under 16 are planned. Race durations will be 12, 14, 16, 20 and 25 minutes respectively. If there are enough riders there will be separate races, but if numbers are low then adjacent age categories will be combined.
15:30 Team relay race. Using the time trial results teams will be picked based on time trial results so that the combined time trial times for each team will be as close as possible.
Prize giving. The prizes will be allocated based on a combination of the TT time and the race position using a penalty points system with double penalty points for the race making it more important than the TT.
Parking and toilet facilities at the venue. Food and drink available too.
Helpers are needed to build and dismantle the course. Timekeepers, timekeepers clerks, spotters, marshalls, lap scorers and helpers at registration needed.
