There were big turnouts for all Calder’s Sunday Rides on 22nd March, one of them the C social ride. Tim Howard led the group on a great, predominantly rural ride through the lanes via Aberford and Sherburn in Elmet to Squires Cafe at Newthorpe. The group was still together as they returned to Wakefield at lunchtime.

Normally there are three rides each Sunday, A,B and C starting at 9am from the Thornes Park car park at the roundabout on Denby Dale Road.
