Michael Vennard clocked 2:03:43 in the Yorkshire Cycling Federation 50 mile Time Trial on the 8th July, to win the Calder 50 mile TT Championship which was incorporated into the event.
Michael is the first male Calder rider to have contested the championship for a number of years.
Seven riders failed to finish in the wet conditions, including Cheryl Trueman who was riding for Team Swift.
The event was won by Andy Wilkinson, Port Sunlight Wheelers in 1:41:51
